AUTHENTICITY BUYER GUIDE
How to inspect an OPMS order.
No single visual cue proves authenticity. Use a layered check: seller, package consistency, seal condition, lot information and prompt support if anything looks wrong.
A five-part arrival check.
1. Seller identity
Confirm the business name, contact information and fulfillment source.
2. Package consistency
Compare typography, colors and product count with other current packages from the same line.
3. Seal condition
Do not use visibly opened, leaking or damaged merchandise.
4. Lot details
Retain the package and any lot or production information if you contact support.
5. Order record
Keep the order confirmation so the seller can trace fulfillment.
